The dividing wall has been removed and the debris from the burned villa has been removed and the party now has 2.4 acres of prime real estate inside Tul D'Neir. It costs the party 60gp / month each to rent and maintain the property, grounds and staff. Since the party is famous and well trained in skills, it takes no extra work then training people, standard thieving, standard performing, etc, to make this 60gp/month. Tul D'Neir suburbs

Tul D'Neir suburbs and sites in the suburbs ... sddss Al Kuneer - One of the largest districts and located in the east part of town, it is also called the Southern Quarter, as this is where the majority of people from the Southern Continent who live inside the city walls live (they make up about 90% of the population of the quarter). It runs from Stonehouse in the west to the wall in the east. It is bordered by the Avenue of Crimson King in the north and Foggy Bottom & Grumbles in the south. The architecture is definitely southern as the older buildings are slowly being gentrified by the people living there. The better parts of the district are the northern parts, closest to the Avenue. This is where all of the major god of the southern continent have temples in town. Businesses (through session 12)

Four Moons Trading Company  (trading company -  Squeakytown/Tul D'Neir)  This smaller trading coaster   deals in liquor and other specialty food goods. They are the ones who keep the shelves at Entire Foods and Trader Moes stocked with dolphin-safe Gnomish Sea Salt, Balsamic vinegar and twice-infused garlic Halfling chips and Scumble (an alcoholic drink made by dwarves made of apples [mostly]). Gold Coin Inn (inn - Ovias) The entry room from the Stormy Pants inn looks nothing like the room they were in. There is only one door. The hallway is colored blue and is ten feet wide, it is carpeted exquisitely. Their is an arrow on the wall pointing left. The hallway ends 10 feet past the door. There are doors along the hallway every 40 ft or so and after passing 3 more doors on each side (each brightly colored), there is a white door that says 'enter' in 30 languages at the end of the hallway.
