Four Moons Trading Company (trading company - Squeakytown/Tul D'Neir) 
This smaller trading coaster deals in liquor and other specialty food goods. They are the ones who keep the shelves at Entire Foods and Trader Moes stocked with dolphin-safe Gnomish Sea Salt, Balsamic vinegar and twice-infused garlic Halfling chips and Scumble (an alcoholic drink made by dwarves made of apples [mostly]).

Gold Coin Inn (inn - Ovias)
The entry room from the Stormy Pants inn looks nothing like the room they were in. There is only one door.
The hallway is colored blue and is ten feet wide, it is carpeted exquisitely. Their is an arrow on the wall pointing left. The hallway ends 10 feet past the door.
There are doors along the hallway every 40 ft or so and after passing 3 more doors on each side (each brightly colored), there is a white door that says 'enter' in 30 languages at the end of the hallway. Inside there is a rack of pamphlets that say 'read me', again in 30 languages. There are no other doors in the room.
After the pamphlet is read a green door appears opposite the door they walked through it leads into the common room of the Gold Coin Inn. The walls are lined with gold coins of all shapes and sizes, hundreds, no thousands!
The propriator of the inn is a dragon kin names Canterbury Jim

 Grand Mountain Trading Coaster (trading company - Squeakytown/Tul D'Neir) 
A dwarven trading coaster. One of the two largest, the size of their complex literally dwarves the majority of the other complexes which average about a single acre in size.

 GRCG - Goblinoid Road Cleaning Guild (Squeakytown/Tul D'Neir) 
A goblin run business that cleans the roads of Tul D'Neir at night to keep the town safe

Stone Hill Inn (inn -Phandalin/Ovias)
The only inn in Phandalin, run by Toblin.

 Stormy Pants Inn (inn - Squeakytown/Tul D'Neir) 
This inn sits on a 15ft cliff in Squeakytown over looking the trading coasters compounds. Outside of the inn is a very old working fountain (about 500 years old). The statue depicts the myth of the Rescue of Penelope. In the myth Penelope is stalked by a wave elemental, and her true love Pedro saves her, by sacrificing himself to the wave elemental.
The statue is of a large wave yanking Pedro away from Penelope. The wave has grasped Pedro around the waste and is pulling him back, his limbs out stretched towards Penelope. His pose (and the statues size) allows people in various states of states of inebration to slide their pants onto Pedro and leave them their.
The Stormy Pants Inn is large three story inn that has had multiple extensions added to it over the years. 
The Jungle Suite can hold 10-12 people here are four bedrooms (2 beds each) and a number of couches and other chairs in a shared living area. The walls are adorned with stuffed animals that one would see in a jungle (hence the name), the ceiling has birds of all colors hung from it and four stuffed snakes wrap around the most upper part of the wall. One per side of the shared living area, each snake is swallowing the tail of the snake on the previous wall. Any magic user will know that this is a Fourorborous. The Jungle Suite is a transporting room which delivers the party to the Gold Coin Inn inside Ovias.

An elven trading coaster. One of the two largest in the city.

Tul D'Neir suburbs

Tul D'Neir suburbs and sites in the suburbs ... sddss Al Kuneer - One of the largest districts and located in the east part of town, it is also called the Southern Quarter, as this is where the majority of people from the Southern Continent who live inside the city walls live (they make up about 90% of the population of the quarter). It runs from Stonehouse in the west to the wall in the east. It is bordered by the Avenue of Crimson King in the north and Foggy Bottom & Grumbles in the south. The architecture is definitely southern as the older buildings are slowly being gentrified by the people living there. The better parts of the district are the northern parts, closest to the Avenue. This is where all of the major god of the southern continent have temples in town. New Villa Backstory

Here is the backstory on the villa behind the original party villa. We have now expanded into it. It would give the party 4 times more land (now about 2.4 acres), and although there is no longer a main house, there is a 5 story tower in the front corner [The Tower of Vines/ Lawndons Tower] [1] , a few small cottages, a small grove with a pond, a small vineyard and a servants dorm. The extensive stables have fallen into disrepair, only 4 stalls (of 30) are still usable, as has the training area. The family that owned the land (the Lloyds) died off when the main house burned to the ground, killing everyone inside 8 months ago. Everyone in this case include an aged couple Geddy and Gerta Lloyd (man & wife in their late 60), her uncle (also in his 60s) and a feebleminded daughter (in her 20s & heir).
